Our Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be raised within **7 days** of the course commencement date for the enrolled course.
- The **money-back guarantee is void** if:
- The participant has accessed more than **30% content** of an e-learning course.
- The participant has attended Online Classroom sessions for more than **1 day**.
- Refunds are applicable within the first **7 days of payment**, only if committed services are not provided by us.
Note: All refunds will be processed within **15-30 working days** after the refund request is approved by German School Online.
